A little about me I started LH Supports in 2020, I had been working as a psychosocial rehabilitation worker for almost 6 years and absolutely loved my role. I decided to change course when the NDIS was formed as the people we supported were being transferred to the NDIS.
I managed to build up the confidence to seek out the support I needed and became a sub contractor, Hence LH Supports!!! Here it started.
LH supports provided NDIS support as a sub-contractor for one year, working alongside others and recognize the potential the NDIS scheme offered to participants. The drive to continue to growing this Role, networking and took over....

We were out linking in with other community groups, actioning personal goals and really starting to recognize the gaps between services. Our peer group has grown and we have welcomed many old and new faces to our fortnightly social group. My dream was to design a service that I would like if I was in need of support of any kind. So when it came time to the next step and register as a company. Case Managers Australia was born.......
