Phone call from LAC to double check re concern as never heard a Participant so happy with their support.
14/4/23 Krafternoon guest. Ï just loving to come to your group. It makes me feel like the world isnt such a bad place and restores some of my faith in humanity.

S/C feedback for service delivery to Particpant "T" She is happy with your supports and that makes me happy also.
Thankyou for Worker "M"she is a delight to work with so caring and really gets it. I'm happy to have her as my worker also.
Worker "B"is also amazing another great fit for the work you all do. We have such a good team of people and I just love being a part of Case managers Australia, it is the best support I have ever had.
